What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps,
• furnaces, package units)
• Follow manufacturer specs, local code, and company quality standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and your install team
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Complete install paperwork accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics and crawl spaces
• Pride in workmanship and a professional attitude

What You Will Be Doing

This is a full-service plumbing role. No two days are exactly the same.

• Service, installation, and repair of residential drain and water piping systems
• Faucet diagnostics and repair
• Tank and tankless water heater installation and repair
• Occasional work alongside the HVAC team on larger projects when needed
• Trencher and backhoe operation is a significant plus

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who just clocks in and out. We are looking for a plumber who cares about doing the job right.

• Proven experience in residential plumbing service, installation, and repair
• Solid skills with faucet repair and water heater work (both tank and tankless)
• Someone who works well with a partner and does not take direction personally
• Consistent. Reliable. There every day, ready to go.
• IL plumbing license is a significant advantage
• Trencher and backhoe operation experience is a big plus
